..then i do a line of the arm machines that work each part..2 sets of 10 for each machine..like 4 machines..<br />
..then i do some ab stuff and calf lifts.</p>
<p>2nd day..i dont do as much..resting the muscle groups.<br />
i still do the jog/walk 2 miles..but i do the programs that incline and pick up the speed..so it burns more..<br />
then 20 minutes on the stair climber.</p>
<p>i have a habit of eaching chips and stuff..would i still lose weight even if i ate SOME chips more than twice a week.. im not using all my daily calories either..<br />
i burn about 400 alone in the gym..i dont think its that much..<br />
ive lost 5 pounds but im wondering if i exercise ill lose weight no matter what? as long as im not eating real bad.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am 1.60m(5.3feet), 80 kg (178 pounds) and intend to work out 4 times a week&#8230;15 minutes (i don&#8217;t have much time) with the &#8220;Yourself fitness&#8221; program on the computer&#8230;its REALLY good and fun! It lets me do all kinds of exercises (from cardio to flexibility) and it motivates me!!<br />
I am also reducing my calorie intake (well i&#8217;m trying) <img src='http://www.myhealthhq.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  </p>
<p>Question: With this plan will I be able to allow me to lose 20 pounds (10 kgs) by the 14 the of February? If not what sould i do?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m 5&#8217;11 and weigh 200 lbs, which I gained 3 months after I got sober from drugs (I was 140 for 4-5 years before getting sober).</p>
<p>Over the last four years of being sober I have tried EVERYTHING to loose some of the weight that I have gained.  Food wise I have done Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem, Vegitarianism, Raw foodism, calorie counting (under 2000 daily) and for exercise I have done Curves, 24 hour fitness personal trainer, biking to work, yoga classes, pilates, hiking, at-home personal-trainer 3 days a week, and as of the last 2 1/2 months I&#8217;ve been doing the P90x work out for an hour every day, just to list some of the things I can remember trying.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve talked to doctors who have tested me for diabetes which my mom has and some other stuff they say I&#8217;m healthy and I should work out more, but I excersise so often some days I can hardly get out of bed because my muscles are so sore.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve been doing these programs correctly and the only thing that I ever lost weight on was a 14-day Juice fast I did but I gained all the weight back when I started eating solid food.  I am afraid my family has a history of obesity and I will never be able to escape it? </p>
<p>This is so depressing that people who just meet me automatically think I&#8217;m some &#8220;lazy fat person&#8221; because my weight I can&#8217;t get it off and I don&#8217;t know what to do.</p>
<p>A friend of mine said that maybe I have a mental block against loosing weight and that I should get hypnotized but I thought that didn&#8217;t work and why would I have a mental block about loosing weight anyway?</p>
<p>Any suggestions??????<br />
I&#8217;ve also used some diet pills &#8211; Hydroxycut, DexC-20, Hoodia, CFR&#8217;s Metobolic Fat Burner, etc etc etc. Pretty much they&#8217;re all bogus IMHO.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yesterday, my class and I went to this fitness studio where we had a program that consisted of three exercises: Spinning (indoor cycling), badminton and aerobics. I did the spinning first. after 35 minutes of hard treading we got off the bike and my legs felt all wobbly. We stretched for a while but my legs and thighs still felt wobbly and hurt. This went on for the whole day. The day after (today) my thighs and legs felt stiff and hurt a lot. I am unable to bend my knees and have difficulties with going up the stairs. Before the cycling we did not warm up. Could my muscles in my thighs be torn or are they just very stiff? (I am not a very sporty person so my muscles are not used to a large amount of exercise). If anyone could answer my question it would be very appreciated, my thighs really hurt I can&#8217;t even cross my legs when I&#8217;m sitting. Thanks.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m going on a week long cruise in Spring Break, one of the last weeks of March.<br />
I&#8217;ll be in a bikini for most of the day probably and would like to feel comfortable in it.<br />
I figured just 10 pounds would help to slim me down, flatten and tighten, you know?</p>
<p>I&#8217;m 16, 120pds, and 5&#8217;5. I have moderately hard swim practice for an average of 1 hr every week day after school. I&#8217;ve recently started a jogging/running program for 30 min on the treadmill everyday. As a New Year&#8217;s resolution I&#8217;m cutting out pop and junk foods of my diet. Because I am an athlete, I can&#8217;t just eat rabbit food all day and expect to have any energy for practice. I needs carbs and calories to burn, but from now on I plan on eating the healthier side of those. </p>
<p>Please give me some ideas on how to lose those ten pounds by late March.</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t really have a lot of time to do extra exercises, I figured that run on the treadmill would be enough added onto my swim practices. I&#8217;m exhausted at the end of the day, home by 6 or 7pm and go straight to the dinner table then homework then crash to sleep. I&#8217;ll start running in the mornings before school. My only off day are Sundays and those are usually spent taking it easy.</p>
<p>Anything is appreciated. But keep in mind I can&#8217;t go to stores and stock up on diet foods or do 300 crunches a day. I just need some free, do at home, slim-down tips.</p>

<p>Can&#8217;t join any groups like weight watchers or whatever. I&#8217;m 16 people, not fat. I just am looking for ways to slim my midsection.</p>
