    You are a great Chef.
Not only show how to shop, but also how to make it and even how to eat it.

I agree, I also eat slowly between 15 min to 150 min.

For a healthy(er) dessert that you will also find in great restaurants, try a poached pear in simple syrup and a little melted dark chocolate. Make sure you use a red pear or a firm pear. After poaching use the syrup to as a sauce by reducing the liquid. Serve pear chilled with drizzled dark chocolate. Check out food network for details. I’m a chef, by the way.

Another is fresh strawberries with balsamic vinegar. Wash and drain strawberries. Cut off the green stems. Use REAL balsamic vinegar from Modena. It’s naturally sweet instead of acidic. Serve with a dollup of whipped cream. Brown sugar can be used in this recipe but why? The balsamic vinegar is sweet enough. If you whip your cream by hand try using the brown sugar to sweeten the cream and a couple of drops of pure vanillia extract. The cream will take a light ivory color that is interesting.
