ok….. so i’m on a diet, but i just love cooking! especially for other people. but cooking without eating any of it would be asking waaay too much. any really, really, healthy desserts out there that i can eat everyday without feeling guilty? and i mean like a real elaborate dessert, not a snack, like a fruit or something. it can have fruits in it though:D
any sites with healthy recipes would be great too.
thank you soooo much:D

I make this ALL the time! One box of teddy grahams will make the dessert 2x. It’s delicious and my whole family loves it. I’m not a big sweets person and don’t eat a lot of unhealthy dessert, but for the little amount of fat and calories in this, it’s amazing!
