Hopefully my advice won’t annoy you, but if I were you I would use whole milk…less carbs. Even better, you could use unsweetened almond milk or goats milk or yogurt as it tends to be easier to digest. Also I would use goats cheese in the omlette for the same reason. This comes from years of working with a holistic doctor and eating low carb in a healthy non adkins way.

Oh and also, I have never once counted calories as long as I eat the allowed foods.Lost 70 lbs this way! : )

Hey, if it tastes good & you don’t get food poisoining I would say you are doing great. Better than me. I eat wayyyyyyy too much processed food. One step at a time, I guess.

Also, something I’ve recently learned, by removing the yokes of the eggs you save all but 17 cal. & they become fat free. I love this. If you like the yoke, you could leave just one in. Again, I’ll have to make this too now. Yummy.

good job girl….one tip, for the peppers, usually people remove the seeds. they are indigestable and tend to repeat on you….otherwise impressive for someone who doesn’t cook:]

  5. antishay says:

That’s interesting about the seeds… hmm! I will have to remember. I like them! :/

i am totally against combination of 2 forms of animal proteins together, it is highly toxic. r u sure this protein is really absorbed by the body?

cool idea freezin the strawbs beforehand..though I’d leave out the ‘muscle milk’ chemical sand additives in a bottle ? , a few nuts crushed would give lods of protien and its not been through a factory ….as much as the processed muscle milk stuff I imagine …good effort though, better than most folks eating habits.
