Sorry, but cooking in a microwave is an oxy moron, cooking requires a stove and a little patience. Why go through the trouble of doing a recipe for a microwave when with the same amount of effort cooking on a stove can produce MUCH better results? Microwave food is HORRIBLE.
how about quesadillas? you take a tortilla, add shredded cheese and salsa and cooked chicken bits, top with another tortilla and nuke for 45- 75 seconds. Use a pizza cutter to cut into triangles. allow to cool before eating. (some microwaves will require longer cooking time than others)
Microwaves are more for re-heating than cooking.
You can’t properly cook meat, except maybe bacon, or hot dogs.
Some things like eggs & beans will explode.

Dash black pepper
1 egg

Lettuce, tomatoes, pepper rings for garnish
In a microwave dish, combine mushrooms, onions, chives, black pepper and garlic salt. Microwave at MEDIUM power for 3 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes for flavors to blend. Reserve some mushrooms for garnish.
Combine beef, mushroom mixture and egg. Shape mixture into 4 even patties. Place onto micro-safe rack or pan. Microwave at HIGH power for about 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Turn patties over. Microwave on other side for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until done to your liking. Serve on hot buns. Garnish with reserved mushrooms, tomato slices, pepper rings or other condiments of your choice.

Hope this helps! =)
Instead of cooking bland and rubbery food in the microwave, try out this easy recipe for the oven.
Layer a chicken breast, sliced red pepper and zucchini, a little bit of olive oil and your favorite herbs or spices ontop of a piece of aluminum foil. Cover and wrap this with more aluminum foil, making a tight seal. Bake in the oven at 350′ for about half an hour. You can even cook it for up to 45 min, without it drying out because the steam keeps it moist.
Try it out and Good Luck!
Baked potatoes come out great in the microwave.
Scrub the potatoes nice and clean, rub them down with a little olive oil or margarine, then wrap them with plastic wrap.
Poke a few holes in the potato with a fork to keep them from exploding…..this is important.
Nuke them on high for about 5 minutes or until tender.
Take a handful of frozen broccoli and nuke it in a bowl for about a minute, then chop it up.
Take the potato, unwrap it and cut it open, and add a little margarine, salt, pepper, the chopped broccoli, and some shredded chedar cheese. Nuke it for about another minute, then serve. Really good and really easy – no messy cleanup either.
Enjoy.
Another good thing to serve with the potatoes is some steamed salmon…yup you can do that in the microwave too. Take a nice salmon filet, clean it well in cold water. Put it in a class baking dish with some margarine or olive oil, shallots or chopped onions, dill, and a couple lemon wedges – squeeze the juice on the filet then just throw the wedges in with the salmon. Cover the baking pan with plaztic wrap – poke a small hole in the plastic, near the center. Microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes – fish is done when it will flake with a fork.
Serve with a dipping sauce – I like sour cream with dried fine ground dill and white pepper.
Bon Apetit!

heat up homemade things already cooked on stove, or in the oven…or these healthy microwavable meals prepared & geared solely for the
