How much Kefir should I start with?

I am newly trying kefir to cope with undiagnosed intestinal and stomach pain. I don’t know how much to start taking.
I have been diagnosed with Celiac and allergies to dairy. I avoid most foods. I eat chicken, pork chops, potatoes, rice noodles, cook veggies, corn bread (homemade). That is the extent of my diet. (it sucks) and i still have pain.

    Have you ever been tested for Celiac disease?
    Avoiding flour and any form of gluten has helped many people with undiagnosed stomach problems. My doctor told me that Gastrointestinal specialists do not want people to be tested, it would take a lot of business from them.

    Honestly if your pooping regularly don’t drink the kefir. But if you think you need it drink an 8oz kefir yogart a day just to boost your systems
