I live alone and work a lot so cant have a balance diet. Please throw your suggesions for healthy diet.?

I work 9 to 6.
In my locality you won’t find hygenic food.
Caz i work a lot, i get tired, so i cant cook my meal daily.
Any quick recipe for instant cooking.
I think i am loosing my wait gradually.

    Soup for lunch,
    Crab salad for dinner.

    You could cook yourself a chicken and have it over two days for working break with bread etc. You could cook yourself pasta and take pots of that to work. You could take special packs of lunch break things from supermarkets. Sandwiches

    If you have no time to cook then :

    Stick to toast + fruit shakes in the morning.

    You get ready to eat pre-cooked packed dal, vegetables etc. in the market, you can warm it in an oven or dip in boiling water and it is ready to eat. For Lunch.

    Keep Cream-Cracker biscuits. it is very healthy, you can even top it with cheese, tomato sauce, even an omllette, etc and eat.
    Banana chips from Kerala it is available everywhere
    Soup packs.

    These are some of the things that i do
    Hope it will help you keep healthy.

    Milk shake with Scandishake powder, ovaltine, banana, rice protien in addition to regular meals
