Well a friend of mine asked me to help her , I said yes and the thing is that I have to cook or have recipes of biscuits/cookies or cakes that are designed or healthy for athletes ( swimmers in particular ) and don’t have much fat , bad/fast good nutrients/ingredients or high levels of sweet/sugar/etc … other things or recipes such as healthy bread or sandwiches ( for example whole wheat bread with lettuce and tomatoes etc ) or drinks are also appreciated

INGREDIENTS
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (1 ounce) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk. Fold in pineapple, whipped topping, and pecans. Pour mixture into prepared crust. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups cooked black beans
3 tablespoons hot salsa
2 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander seed
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Combine black beans, salsa, green onions, garlic, cottage cheese, hot pepper sauce, cumin, coriander, salt and pepper in an electric blender and blend until smooth. Add a little water, if necessary, to blend mixture thoroughly.
