So i went to the farmers market and brought some vegetables. i want to cook a healthy dinner with them.. but i need a recipe. PLZ help!
I have: 5 tomatoes
3 vuchini
8 cups or more of green beans(not steamed)
1 big bell pepper
2 small bell peppers
and i can always get other vegetables if needed
p.s. u dont have to use all of the vegetables.

Are you a vegetarian? If so, I see a nice vegetarian Italian dish there. Use the tomatoes to make a nice sauce, then cook some green beans, peppers and zucchini ( in that order) right in the sauce. Pick up a spaghetti squash to sub for pasta and grate some parmesan on top. Yum.
or- steam the cleaned green beans till al dente’, drain and add some chopped tomatoes, garlic, dried oregano and basil, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve. or- if you’re using the grill for something else, halve the zucchinni and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle over garlic powder, salt and pepper. Grill cut side down for 5-7 minutes depending on how hot the grill is and serve. After you put em on the grill, don’t mess with them, just leave them alone, then they will have those nice char marks on them.
