Ways to eat healthy if you don’t like vegetables?

Hey guys, my boyfriend hates most vegetable, except potatoes and corn, and stuff like that. He’s also very picky with a lot of foods, and hates a lot of fruit and trying weird exotic recipes. I want both of us to eat healthy but I never know what to cook or what he will like. Any ideas for picky eaters trying to eat good and maintain a balanced diet? Thanks!

there is no substitute for Veggies.. except maybe V8 (low sodium)

He better learn to like them if he wants to live a long healthy life. Unless he is already overweight and just doesn’t give a crap :-)

That’s how I started liking veggies, I kept telling myself that I’d die early if I didn’t :-)

potatoes and corn are starches which become quick sugar in the blood stream. You will need to fix any veggie that he likes out of the starch family and moon/shadow veggies. You could try sweet potatoes or yams. new potatoes with skins. corn with peppers. Multi vits for b vits as green leafy veggies supply b complexes.

Get a list of fruits and veggies he will eat and go from there. The more simple the recipe the more nutrients usually. You may need to cook for him and you separately.

he is not a child and you should not cater to him. Make him responsible for him. If not you will drive yourself crazy and become resentful after a while.
