i just want to know..
does these exercises really help
i have been dping some of tammys exercises for like 2 months, and maybe 3, and i dont see any difference..
please help me
Well how often do you do them per day, and per week?
How are you eating habits, and do you combine these with cardio exercises?
Have you been increasing the amounts and reps? Starting out with 10 at a time, maybe three reps is fine, but that needs to increase as your strength increases. Push yourself to maybe 30+ and see what happens…
Would like to see some advice on reps and increasing the intensity of the workout as strength develops.
2 weeks and a diet…it seems to work! i do exercise everyday and also some cyclette!
