I am graduating may 2011 with my bachelors in Psychology and Spanish. I am wanting to work abroad, preferbly in Latin America and am not sure if I can do anything with these degrees, so I was looking for masters degree that would perhaps open up more options.
I enjoy helping people and working with them. I enjoy doing business type work and love exercise and health and fitness.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a good masters program that may interest me that I can study abroad doing it or work abroad after I finish?
Thanks!!!!

I currently have a friend that is getting her Psy.D (I believe that’s what they’re called). It is supposed to be a masters degree and PhD program combined specifically for Psychology. It is 4 years long but you get great experience through rotations and hands on counseling. Not every University offers this progam, so specifically search for programs with that title. Thus, with this education perhaps you could open up a clinic of your own in Latin America! Or you can practice in the states and open up a program for free counseling in Latin America. You can help people emotionally with your own twist, which can include exercises for a healthy mind and body
Good luck to you!
Every country has its own immigration and work permit rules, which are usually strict. It’s unlikely you will be allowed to work abroad for pay.
Yes, I would recommend archaeology. There is tons of research to be done in South America which is perfect for you if you already speak Spanish. There are various field schools for undergrads and when you go to grad school you can do field research there.
