    Actually, if you eat and work out right, you can get just as big. Maybe not as big as ronnie Coleman, but you’ll definitely be massive. Lifting weight is only ten percent of working out, 90 percent of it is nutrition and rest. I’m sure the bodybuilders in this video take supplements, but you don’t have to go out and waste your money on protein powder, criotine, spawn, or any other muscle building supplements if you eat the right nutrients and give your body rest.

    guys remember its not in the fitness industry’s best interest that you build the physiques featured in this video. They neglet to mention that this routine is only effective if you are taking anabolic steroids.

    I forget lol Try 4-5 Set of really really intense heavy curl.. with good form (slow negative and positive also) The best is precher curl and the basic strait bar curl.. and me when iam traning i only do 1 set of warmup.. aprox 75% weight of you biggess set.. all my set are till failure..

    WHAT??? 13 SET of workout to get muscles…. what a waste of time.. dont forget guys you need recovery to grow.. less set but more intense workout is the key.. the only peopel wo can benefit of this workout is pro that have more than 6years of training..
