Setting Your Absolute Minimum Weekly Movement Amount

I want you to pick a certain amount of movement that you are going to do each week NO MATTER WHAT (unless you or your kids are sick are something major is going on in your life).

What I mean is that you should make a commitment to yourself to do for example two Interval Workouts of at least 15 minutes and do two 6-minute No Excuses Workouts per week – NO EXCUSES. So this example
is a commitment to yourself to do at lest 60 minutes of exercise per week.

Setting a lower limit is important both physically and mentally. You will never really fall out of shape and you will not beat yourself up for letting a week go by where you did not do at least some positive movement.

TODAY’S FITNESS MISSION: Intervals!
Interval Workouts help you burn 30% more calories than exercising at one set pace and can increase your metabolism for up to 12 hours.
