You are a 12 year old who weighs 170 pounds (female) or 190 pounds (male) and have one younger sibling, age 10. You have recently been diagnosed with Type II diabetes which is regulated with medication. You are currently inactive, but must lose 45 pounds (female) or 55 pounds (male). You have a BMI of 32.

You know that your school does not provide many healthy lunchroom options, but love school lunch. You mom works from 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM and cannot pack your lunch. By the time you wake up and get yourself ready for school, it is time for you to walk to the bus stop. You attend school from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Develop a daily menu for one week for each scenario. Be sure to consider the lifestyle described in the scenario when designing meals.

-Use the food pyramid to nutritionally balance the menu
-Set maximum amounts for daily calories consumed and grams of fat consumed
-Include between meal snacks

Design a one week exercise program for each scenario. Remember to consider the time you have and resources it will require. Your workout plan should include the following:

-warming up
-flexibility
-cardio
-strength
-cooling down

    okay honestly ur a bit crazy and you need to talk to a PE teacher if you want THAT lengthly of an answer. But if someone actually helps you out WOO!!!

    what is this? i feel like im back in college. dont make it so dif. get a copy of the body for life book it will help you with nutrition. start exer alittle bit more re: pushups,situps get a jumprope(its a great workout)
