What is worse for your fitness, on a one of basis, marijuana or alcohol?

i am training for a muay thai fight and i was just wandering what will effect my fitness the most if i was to smoke a small amount of marijuana on one night or consume a medium amount of alcohol a week before my fight?
ps i dont need comments telling me i shouldnt do either

    Ok to be honest you shouldn’t be going near marijuana anyway! But alcohol is a killer when it comes to training. Im sure you have been training alot for the fight but if you decide to drink any alcohol near to when you train or a few days after it will completely ruin the hard work you did from up to a week back.
    Alcohol destroys any hard training!

    Im a personal trainer so i might be able to give you a bit of advise……….drink up but just be safe.Its legal,its out of your system in 27 hours,and atleast youll be getting your recommended dose of fiber.Even though its not a good source

    Alcohol. As an ingested drug, it actually affects your body in a nutritional way. While Marijuana will choke up your lungs, alcohol will actually make you lastingly sluggish, make you retain water, and wreak havoc on your circulation.

    Also, as a refined carbohydrate, alcohol gives you the energy ‘burst’ and then a crash, and it’s also a neurodepressant drug – all it’ll do is slow you down. The effects of marijuana will wear off more quickly, although the drug will remain present in trace amounts in your body.

    Good luck with your fight, but my suggestion is to do the celebrating afterwards – when you’ve won!
