    Anytime you take antibiotics eat Yogurt with active cultures , it helps the body not overproduce yeast the cause of of “infection”. I dont k now of any natural things that work, but diflucan is awesome if you haveone

    There is an herb called acidopholus. That coupled with yougurt should do the trick.

    Yogurt, raw honey and garlic all help but they do not tackle the root cause of yeast infection which is Candida albicans.

    Have you tried the holistic approach? It’s not easy or quick and it does take some commitment but it is far more effective long term solution than any worthless cream or antibiotics.
