Are there any natural cures for dandruff?
I am looking for a natural cure for dandruff. This is a new situation and I have had some allergic reactions to most store bought treatments so I am looking for natural things I can try at home. Please include how to use it and how often. Any help is greatly appreciated.

no, no cures. but what does work is a good, well-balanced, nutritious diet. remember what you put in your body, shows up on your body. eat right and reduce stress, that will take care of the dandruff. try it for yourself and see.

Olive oil really helps. Massage it into your scalp and let it set for 30 minutes with a shower cap on your head.

Or you could use Coconut oil…it also helps with breakage.
Do it the same as the olive oil. but coconut oil works better.
You can also use coconut oil as your daily hair conditioner…it works really good. It really softens your hair and really helps dandruff a lot.

Make sure it is the naturals. If it is natural you can eat it.

    Hope I helped. :]
