don’t assume it’s because of thyroid disease that your gf is overweight. to be sure of those, you need to go to the doctor so that the doc orders some tests to be done, which will help in the diagnosis.

to decrease weight, she should try to avoid fatty and sugary foods and drinks, drink a lot of water, eat a healthy diet (not starving though – this aactually increases weight) and exercise every day. she will need your support, so help her out!

    hope this helped!

100% pure virgin organic coconut oil. Look it up. It works.

Growth hormone releaser (not to be confused with growth hormone injections).

It is a mix of specific amino acids that triggers the pituitary gland to release your own stored growth hormone.

I’ve read that it can restore the thyroid gland to normal function.

First thing to do is to stop drinking fluoridated water. Contrary to popular belief, fluoride does not prevent cavities and can severely damage the thyroid gland.

To replenish thyroid function and for weight-loss, kelp is one of the best natural therapies. An amino acid called tyrosine is part of the thyroid hormone and can be very beneficial to the thyroid.

There are several natural remedies for thyroid conditions but none of them should be taken without supervision of a health care practitioner – whether it’s a naturalist, naturopath, or someone that practices both eastern & western medicine.

I had a slow thyroid and after years of taking synthroid have been able to completely stop all medication. One of the supplements I used was organic Iodine but, the whole time I was getting blood work to check the progress of my thyroid. There were other supplements I was taking at the same time as I was also doing a whole body detox.

Thyroid isn’t necessarily the cause of your girlfriend’s weight issue. Start with some blood work, hair analysis, and or a saliva test to determine what is really going on.

    Good luck,
