Yeast Infection Cure â The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly!
Is there really such a thing as a permanent yeast infection cure? It seems like there are a lot of sites and advertisements online that make this claim. But who really can deliver on this promise, and maybe even more importantly â why? Before answering that, though, itâs best to get a good solid understanding of what caused the yeast infection in the first place.Â
Everyone and their mother claims to have found the ideal yeast infection cure these days. So, how do you know who really delivers the goods? Well, before we can answer that question, letâs take a look at what initially caused the yeast infection.
Candida albicans are yeast found in normal low levels in various parts of the body. When conditions deteriorate in the body, the fungus grows exponentially and creates a yeast infection. What most medications will do is knock the Candida out temporarily. But if the root cause is not addressed that allows the yeast to develop in the first place, the best that can happen is that the yeast spores will go dormant for a while, to flare up again down the road. Only next time, theyâll come back stronger and more resilient than before because of the medications it had to deal with on the last go around. Whatever didnât kill them made them stronger.
So, the alternative is to go the natural route. These methods are safer and can produce results just as good, if not better than, store bought products. A natural treatment method typically prescribes a strict diet that deprives the yeast of its source, herbal anti-fungal methods that naturally kill the yeast, and the use of probiotics. Probiotics are the healthy bacteria that kill yeast on contact. Yogurtâs live cultures of bacteria are a great natural example of probiotics.
All three of these methods will work well, but they are still not enough to cure your yeast infections for good. A permanent yeast infection cure is not as simple and straightforward as that. Targeting the Candida yeast alone will never result in a permanent cure for yeast infections.Â
There is a reason certain percentage of women continue to suffer from repeated yeast infections. There are root causes that make it much easier for yeast infections to develop much quicker in some people than in others. Identify those root causes and half the battles is won. Address the cause and you are free of yeast infections for life!
