  9. mwarg says:

can be herbs or ‘erbs. it’s just dialect, not correct pronunciation. like some people say tomatoe, some say tomaytoe. no big deal.

wut exactly is a dutch oven O.o Just looks like a big pot on top of the stove to me….I mean, its not like ur actually putting the chicken in the oven.

  11. Icyrails12 says:

umm yea Metocool4u, it is pronounced without the ‘h’ sound. Like ‘erbs’, the ‘h’ is silent. Back to school young man! ;p

  12. owennerd88 says:

its actually pronounced “erbs” the H is silent, get your info before you correct someone.

Absolutely great. Incredibly crispy, just awesome !

But I dont know why, when i put it on the oil, coat doesnt hold together, some pieces of coat is dijoined. Why O_O? Temperature of an oil is good i guess .

@throndor77 i’ve never used a thermometer and have done excellent without one,

  18. deepree26 says:

@KoolJayJ you’ll be a fat shit. lol good luck with that.

  19. metocool4u says:

you know its herbs not erbs theres a “h” in it for a reason

  20. KoolJayJ says:

what will happen if i about 15 peices of fried chicken every day for the rest of my life?

  21. throndor77 says:

    1/1

    Tried and ate this about 10 minutes a go. It was the closest crisp to KFC i’ve ever sank my teeth in. Pure delish. Here are few thing to note;

    - I used just wings

    - I marinated the wings for 4 hours

    - I only had sunflower oil at hand so i used that

-Heated the oil on medium heat for about 6-7 minutes. Stuck an unpolished wooden utensil in and saw the bubbles forming quickly around it. Thats when i knew oil was ready (I do not have a thermometer).

  22. throndor77 says:

    - Takes 7 minutes for small/medium chicken wings for perfection. Also tried 6 and 8.. 6 is not enough while 8 turned the skin from crispy to crunchy

    - My pot was small so i cooked in batches of 4 wings. Watchout as i suspect too many wings may cause a sharp drop in oil temperature and alter the results

  23. khmer209racer says:

i tried it but i put the heat on too high (375 F) and it kinda burnt. not as crispy like in the video. oh well, imma try again next week.
