All Commercial Milk has pus and hormones along with antibiotics so whats wrong with milk? 1.Well first off skim milk is like Half fat in reality. 2.Cows are sick and the feed used to feed them is partly dead cow!!! 3.Ever wonder why the antibiotic you took wasn’t strong enough to work? The cows milk has given you a tolerance to it.God help the person who acquires mersa and has lived a life full of dairy,you know the answer.Logic -meat and dairy cause a rise in white blood cells,Fruit and V dont.
Every major facet of my diet / exercise program is backed by peer-reviewed journal articles which I can share at any time. Only so much research on nutrition has been done, and where there is none, I find what works for my body (instead of doing nothing, which based on the list of diseases in your original post, you have also done nothing the majority of your life). Also, I just have to let you know, best-selling diet books do not constitute conclusive evidence for anything.
Hope I’m not sounding to mean here. Let me finish with The China Study’s accusation that low-carb diets are “fads.” I can link numerous journal articles clearly demonstrating their effectiveness for short-term weight loss. And the studies don’t even take into account body composition, which a high-protein, low carb diet will improve. All this author (or any other critic) would have to do is try a proper low-carb diet for eight weeks. But they won’t. They will remain virgins talking about sex.
hold the phone… eggs were on your list of the top 10 foods, then you mention eggs early on in this video as bad?… then you mention they are good again later in the video???
Special K? As in Ketamine? The drug?? Definitely cut this out of your diet, the rest is fine. I have a friend who would do a line of coke every morning. Not the best for your body, though he says it gave him a good burst of energy in the morning.

This is what I eat when I do eat breakfast: Two eggs mixed with some egg whites (from the carton), one toasted whole wheat slice of bread with lite cream cheese and strawberry jelly, two cups of skim milk.

She didn’t say in the beginning that eggs were bad, she said the Full English or egg McMuffin-type breakfasts were bad because they contain multiple meat products.

I don’t mind cereal and yogurt; in fact, I love it. But it’s pretty much what I eat every single morning. It’s really boring and cold to me and often leaves my stomach growling an hour or two before lunch causing unwanted attention from my school mates. D:
