This blender is great because you can blend a small amount as well as larger quantities (comes with a larger jar as well). Word of caution: it will not work for spices
Other than that just love it and love the size!
It’s more like a snack. It’s street food in india. You will find sold on carts. I prefer it the way my mother makes it though. It’s a lot different then this recipe n requires toasting cumin and coriander, and no box pani puri masala or black salt. Black salt will make it smell like fart all over the house. It’s the best I have tasted so far, honestly better then restaurant stuff and I m not just saying it cuz it’s my mother:P

Hi. thanks for all ur videos , u guys are a joy to watch and listen to. well after watching this video i noticed u guys were a little sad or maybe tired in the begining.
Thank you thank you thank you! I really appreciate seeing you work with ‘raw’ ingredients, like tamarind. I have it in concentrate, paste, puree, and brick and do not have confidence that I have developed a sense of how much to use.
Can this be used with other things, like rice or naan? Maybe pour some on rice, for a different taste? How about in a glass of lime aide, or perhaps over vanilla ice cream?
Can dried mint leaves be used instead of fresh ones?
Thanks again..
