I’ve made something like this before, but never even thought of adding lemon juice. I’m going to try that. I’ll use more basil, a chiffonade, and cook it in instead of the Italian spice mix; can’t eat oregano. They’re expensive now, but the multi-colored peppers make it so pretty! And they’re so good for you, too. I can’t wait to cook this. I even have pignolias in the house, so maybe tomorrow.
oh i make this a lot….i just love it…except that i use lots of spinach and strips of paneer too…also, i add little bit of pasta water and some cream for more sauce..and i add red chilli paste instead of chilli flakes….try it..its nice too…
this recipe is great but i have a suggestion… maybe toss the pasta instead of trying to stir that large of an amount because you end up with broken pasta noodles. either toss between two bowls or use large serving spoons to gently lift and drop until mixed thoroughly.
love your recipes!! I have a question if you dont mind. Today I tried the naan recipe but I dont know what I did wrong, the naan became too hard. Do you know why?Its because I dont have the pizza stone?or the yeast was old? or I left it too long in the oven?Hope u can help me. Thank you and keep the good work!!
love it!
I guess you should make it for your Valentine then…
this is a chick’s recipe.

Wow this is great HQ video i see here.. and the colorful pasta looks good in such a quality.. pretty well shot one.. keep it up!
how come you haven’t added any cheese
Since we’re not using a traditional tomato based sauce, the lemon juice really adds a nice tangy flavor (don’t use too much, though).

you guys should stick on cooking indian food….
i forgot to mention you shouldn’t use a silicon spoon/plastic spoon when stirring pasta. use a wooden spoon instead and it’ll be easier
