    ive tried this recipes and Ohh My Goodness! it came out just perfect i love it. i also add a little more chili. it was spicy just the way i wanted. thanks for the recipes =)

    I just cooked this tonight. I used dried chile peppers. All I could find. So I used like 6 extras cuz it didn’t have any spicy juices. She
    knew what it was called when I let her hear the Thai name of the dish. She didn’t seem so interested cuz she never seen it with fried rice. Oh well, I loved it. I’ve been trying to cook more Thai food for her, she’s Thai.

    I think yxa86 said that He/She spare the extra basil ,which come with Pho noodles, to make this menu. He/She didn’t mean Pho noodle is Thai dish.

    i like this dish. i made it for dinner tonight. it’s pretty good. But i think it would be better if i added more salt on the chicken when i marinate it.
