What are some good recipes for juice fasting?

I am beginning a juice fast in a couple of days and I am having trouble finding good recipes for juice short of having to purchase a book. Any suggestions?

Well, it depends on your goals. Are you doing an overall cleanse or are you hoping to concentrate on the liver, the kidneys or the digestive system?
Here are some universal tips for a juice fast:
    1. Try to juice either a beet OR cabbage at least once per day in your fasting (assuming that you are juicing three or more times per day). Both have excellent cleansing agents.
    2. Make sure you have a good balance of fruit and vegetables.
    3. If you find yourself getting weak, ginger and cantalope are good energy boosters.
    4. You can always incorporate homemade vegetable broth into a juice fast. This might give you a change of scenery.
    5. Cucumber is good for cleaning the blood and pineapple is like the only natural source of bromine, which helps muscle cramps and just tastes good in general! :-) With both the cucumber and pineapple, keep the skin on.

I have a juice book at home with an entire section devoted to this subject (I’m at work right now). I’ll message you later w/ some of my favorite recipes!
