Anyone know how to make HEALTHY homemade dog food?
I know that certain things that people eat are NOT good for dogs. But the ingredients in dog’s food has got to come from somewhere and I would prefer I KNEW where it all comes from…most of which can be obtained by ANYBODY I would imagine! I am pretty sure I can get around using horse hooves and still feed my dogs something that is safe and nutritious! Sorry~just pre-fighting off the naysayers who would have been bound to deride me for feeding my dog something it shouldn’t be eating because I certainly wouldn’t waste my time cooking for my dog if I was making it something that was worse for it than the food I can buy in less than 2 min. at the store! THANKS FOR THE ADVICE!!!!!!

I need help from an actual fitness trainer about toning my body?

Well school is out, and I need to start getting ready for next year’s basketball season. I am pretty weak. Basically I need a program or exercises I can do get 6 pack abs, smaller thighs, stronger arms and biceps, and stronger legs. If u could plz give me number of reps and sets. I do have a little fat in each of these areas. I am also 145lb. at 5’9”.

Honest answers will be really helpful.

Does diet effect your actual physical fitness level?

Just a hypothetical, you have lets say a 25 year old man who has a fast metabolism because of his age so weight is not an issue. If he goes to the gym and does a full fitness routine consistently but eats the average american diet, fried foods, processed foods, and drinks alcohol and soda multiple times per week. Would his fitness level be effected like his resting heart rate, ability to make strength gains, and recovery time? And if it does how and why?
