Tasty recipes for fish and chicken that are also healthy?

I’m looking to change up my fish and chicken dishes, which basically just consist of some lemon pepper and salt, old bay seasoning and occasionally dill.

It does taste good, but after awhile it gets very boring.

I’d also like to experiment with other types of fish, rigth now all I cook with is talipia.

Any new suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

*FYI: Nothing fried or with any type of breading. Sauces are OK.

HELP!!! I need some healthy recipes that are VERY easy to make. Also lunch making tips.?

So my family has like high blood pressure/cholesterol and I am 15 and at risk for it. I really want to work on my health because I don’t eat what I should. I am not a cook! so I need really easy recipes i can make for my whole family. Also I need ideas for lunch. I bring my lunch to school (a tad healthier than taco bell or pizza hut) but I don’t know what to pack. I can make sandwhiches, wraps, that kind of stuff but have no microwave/fridge so it has to be nonperishable for 4 hours or so. PLEASE PLEASE help!!!! Also include healthy snacks I can buy at the grosery store

need help from fitness people.. also weight lifters… please help!!!!?

ok, so this is my program, im 22 and 194, but around 30 pounds of fat, and not to much muscle at all… i am going to cut my daily diet to 1200 good calories, and deffinantly no bread or pasta…i have a bowflex ultimate 2, which im going to do the better boday workout 3 days a week..thats to gain muscle, but i bought an exercise bike for cardio to blast the fat… is this going to work?? making muscle on the bowflx, and blasting fat with cardio at the same time?? also i heard that unhealthy chubby people like myself are actually the best to burn fat and build muscle at the same time… let me know if this sounds like its worth it… thanks

Why isn’t there a true cure for a hangover? Pill products are a ripoff; natural cures also. What gives?

I’ve purchased at least 15 different commercial sales products, all hailing their remarkable ingredients and research and proported results. Not one came close to working any better than placebo sugar pills might. If I have 3 bottles of lite beer, after a full meal, I am definately groggy and queasy the following day. All the anecdotal home remedy cures are equally useless. Other than abandoning alcohol completely, is there something out there that truly renders relief?

How do I cook healthy food that also tastes good?

I’m about 50 pounds overweight and while I want to loose weight, I don’t want to sacrifice my taste buds. For me, food is the spice of life and I’d rather be fat eating good food than skinny eating bland food. Of course, I’d rather be skinny eating good food! So far every “healthy recipe” I’ve tried tastes like crap. Does anyone have any techniques to share, or at least stories of how you lost weight without giving up the so-called “spice-of-life,” AKA food?
