Do you think the Supreme Court will show Health Care Bill as Unconstitutional due to the 10th Amendment?

There are some people who plan to take the Health care bill to court if it passes. If it does pass and the Supreme Court accepts to hear it, do you think it will strike it down as illegal under the tenth amendment?

Does the health care bill violate the First Amendment?

The first amendment states:
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

The health care bill states that some religions are exempted from the bill.

Therefore, this bill prohibits the free exercise of those religions that are not exempt. This is one of the issues that will reach the Supreme Court if not removed. If it is removed, then the bill will prohibit the free exercise of those religions that are listed as exempt in the original bill.

Apparently, the only constitutional variation is where all religions, including no religion (atheism), is exempt. Therefore, the only constitutional variation would be if everyone is exempt.

Why isn’t the Hyde Amendment in any health care bill? Do they want us to pay for abortions?

Government recognizes abortions as health care. The Hyde amendment was put in place to bar the government from paying for abortions. Without it, abortions would be covered. The Hyde amendment was attached to Medicaid to prevent the government from paying, why is it not on any current bill before congress?
