I have recently moved to Cincinnati and have noticed that when it is cold and wet outside I find I have some shortness of breath, even when I am inside. I only have it under these conditions. I currently have a slight cold/ cough and am taking Mucinex to help get the phelm up.
Do I have cold weather asthma? What are some natural remedies? I cover my mouth with a scarf always in the cold.
I don’t have health insurance and can really afford to spend a lot of money on prescriptions and doctors appointments but I know that my health is most important and I’ll do what I have to do.
I would like to try a home remedy first.
