My Health I tried almost everything on the market. Either its not working or I’m using the products wrong. Frm my understanding leave in conditioners aren’t moisturizers. Please help, first time going natural. I’m kind of looking for a cream based product if possible….. thanks
March 29th, 2010 My Health i am training for a muay thai fight and i was just wandering what will effect my fitness the most if i was to smoke a small amount of marijuana on one night or consume a medium amount of alcohol a week before my fight?
ps i dont need comments telling me i shouldnt do either
