Recommendations for healthy cook books?

I’m looking for some good healthy-living cook books for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have Betty Crocker’s Healthy New Choices which is great but I’m looking to add to it. My goal is to improve our diet and I want lots of recipes. I can do easy or hard recipes. I’m looking for lots of variety – from vegetarian recipes to meat-lovers. Any recommendations? Looking for lots of books!

I just realized that this is sort of a New Year’s resolution – good timing!

Good Books for healthy chicken recipes?

Hello! My parents are trying to stick with more chicken, considering it is much better for you than some other meats. Eating plain chicken can get a bit tiresome, so I would like to find a cook book for them with LOTS of different chicken recipes that are healthy? Any suggestions would be helpful!

Thanks in advance!

Does anyone know of good homeotherapy books or websites?

I have four kids and want to do more natural remedies for little things like colds or muscle aches for them. Instead of going straight for OTC Medicine, I want to learn more about natural healing. My youngest is almost one year old and I don’t want to give her Tylenol every time she has a cough or cold.
