Start. I have been eating out junk food for 4 mths my husband is always out of town so it’s just me and my kid. Where can I find easy recipes or get help with this. I’m not fat right now but afraid it will catch up to me in the long run

I Can’t Lose Weight! I Need Help!!?

My Health I’m 5’11 and weigh 200 lbs, which I gained 3 months after I got sober from drugs (I was 140 for 4-5 years before getting sober).
Over the last four years of being sober I have tried EVERYTHING to loose some of the weight that I have gained. Food wise I have done Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem, Vegitarianism, Raw foodism, calorie counting (under 2000 daily) and for exercise I have done Curves, 24 hour fitness personal trainer, biking to work, yoga classes, pilates, hiking, at-home personal-trainer 3 days a week, and as of the last 2 1/2 months I’ve been doing the P90x work out for an hour every day, just to list some of the things I can remember trying.
I’ve talked to doctors who have tested me for diabetes which my mom has and some other stuff they say I’m healthy and I should work out more, but I excersise so often some days I can hardly get out of bed because my muscles are so sore.
I’ve been doing these programs correctly and the only thing that I ever lost weight on was a 14-day Juice fast I did but I gained all the weight back when I started eating solid food. I am afraid my family has a history of obesity and I will never be able to escape it?
This is so depressing that people who just meet me automatically think I’m some “lazy fat person” because my weight I can’t get it off and I don’t know what to do.
A friend of mine said that maybe I have a mental block against loosing weight and that I should get hypnotized but I thought that didn’t work and why would I have a mental block about loosing weight anyway?
Any suggestions??????
I’ve also used some diet pills – Hydroxycut, DexC-20, Hoodia, CFR’s Metobolic Fat Burner, etc etc etc. Pretty much they’re all bogus IMHO.
