I’m always coughing or spitting out small, clear mucus balls, my mom said Cabbage Juice works, please read on?

I was hoping if anyone knows of any other natural remedies for this?
I understand my questions was not very detailed, but just to let you know, this is not a cough. I hardly ever cough at all, unless I get sick, but this mucus stuff comes out at least once a day and it is not any bigger than a limabean.

Now You Can Have a Clear Head With Natural Allergy Cures

Allergies have been tormenting people forever. While the unhealthy filth that progress brings compounds the problem, it plays a trifling part in the whole allergy deal. Western medicine has done its job and has come up with chemical products that can treat symptoms, but before this happened, old cultures had already come up with natural allergy cures, which worked for them.

It is worth digging deeper into natural allergy relief. The more you learn about them, the more you’ll see how they are generally just better than modern medication. They are less expensive, less addictive, and less dangerous. If you take the road to relief by way of natural allergy cures, your entire person will be revived.

Most natural allergy cures are herb-based and are great at getting rid of symptoms or even the possibility of an attack.

1. Quercetin. This is a grape seed extract that is a natural antihistamine.

2. Stinging Nettle. It treats respiratory ailments and congestion troubles from allergies.

3. Echinacea. It wards of allergic reactions and builds up your immune system.

4. Lemon Balm. This deals with stomach problems from food allergies.

5. Turmeric. It gives natural allergy relief by treating inflammation and preventing allergic reactions.

6. Aloe Vera. This is a good agent against skin allergies.

7. Eyebright. It treats hay fever symptoms such as congestion and post-nasal drip.

Flushing allergens out of your nose can be another form of natural allergy relief. Neti pots, which have been used in India for ages, are the tool for this process. You mix water with non-iodized salt and then pour this into your nose. You wait for a bit and then you pour the water back out. To flush internal and external allergens out, use neti pots with other natural allergy cures.

Natural allergy relief is also promoted by the presence of purifying plants around you. They work as air filters do, so you can save yourself the trouble and expense of purchasing one. Some of these plants are the spider, the ant, and the snake plants. While not natural allergy cures themselves, they do purify the air of allergens.

There are more steps you can take to fight off allergies naturally. Learn enough about them and you may never have to take drugs for your allergies ever again. Natural allergy cures do their job without the usual harmful side effects of conventional medication.
