I like to eat healthy, and I like a variety of foods. I will be starting college in September and even though I am not allowed to, I will be bringing a griddle that can be plugged in–in order to cook fried eggs, omelets, chicken, vegetable stir fry, etc. I will also have a microwave and a fridge. Are there any recipes that are easy, affordable, and somewhat healthy to make with a microwave and/or griddle? Thanks.
