can anyone recommend a healthy diet cookbook for someone who hates to cook?

i am not a lazy person, i just hate handling and preparing food. the only reason i have a kitchen is because it came with the house. i try to eat lots of vegs and fruit when i do have an appetite. allergic to pork and processed meats, and msg and several seasonings give me migraines. i was hoping there was a cookbook out there that doesn’t only have recipes that require an extra salary and trips to the health food store.

What is a good Low-Calorie cookbook with simple (not complicated) recipes?

I am 15 so I am not the best cook in the world. Me and my family are trying to eat healthier and since I do most of the cooking I was wondering if anyone knows a good low-calorie cookbook. I would like it to have how many calories in each serving of the recipe and it would be a plus if the recipes weren’t too complicated! Thanks!

What is a really good cookbook for healthy eating for the whole family?

Me and my mom love to cook (I’m 13) and lately the foods we’ve been cooking haven’t been helping our waistline. I want to get a cookbook that has family friendly recipes that are still very healthy. We’re vegetarian too, but I’m looking for a cookbook that has like snacks, deserts, entrees, etc.

Thank you!!

Oh and this is going to be my Christmas present so I don’t want to buy anything that will offend her.
