Any Natural Remedies? No, I don’t have sore throat. I had it before, now it’s gone. I don’t have chills, fatigue but I do have headache, probably from blowing my nose for a long time. I guess, I didn’t sleep a lot, only about 7 hours but I am fully awake.

I used to have stuffy nose, last night, but now I can able to breathe through it.

I don’t think I need a rest, despite having headache. I don’t know I should be more concern with my coughing mucus. It happens not so regularly over the few years. Sometimes, it happens a lot.

So, to people out there, please do help me for my sake, for other people’s sake. Your answerers may be useful to others.

Anyhow, is it okay to drink plain black tea?
