My Health Hey, me and my friend have entered a cooking competition at our school and we have been asked to make a healthy desert with fruit in it.
Does anyone have any easy recipes (I would appreciate the ingrediants to be in grams!) for a healthy desert with fruit in it that can be made in 60 minutes?

Ocean Blue Bath Salt/ Desert Sands Bath Salt Recipe
June 26th, 2009 My Health Combine dry ingredients, mixing well. Add color and scents one at a time. Keep
stirring until mixed well, breaking any clumps, until there is a semi-fine
powder. Add glycerin if desired and mix well.
3 c. epsom salt
1 c. baking soda
4 drops blue food coloring; Ocean/ 3 drops yellow, 3 drops red; Desert
3 drops Jasmine essential oil
4 drops vanilla essential oil; Ocean/4 drops musk essential oil; Desert
2 tsp – 2 T. liquid glycerin, optional
