If muscle weighs more than fat and when exercising, we gain muscles, how can that be losing weight?

I want to lose weight…right now I’m 6’3-6’4 and 115-120 pounds and I want to lose my weight so that I’m 100 pounds. But I don’t know what to do…should I run, jog, swim, cycle, do weight training or order a fitness program? But even if I do these things, will I actually lose weight? I mean, the fat will be burnt but since it’s replaced but muscles how would that make my weight go down?

Online diet and fitness plan, to gain weight?

I have found a few online diet and fitness plans that look grea.. However, does anyone know of a site that will allow me to gain weight? They all seem to be geared for weight loss.. I really just want to use it for meal planning, so that I don’t have to count calories and nutrition myself.. Any help would be appreciated!

Foods That Contain Probiotics Are Finding A Yummy Way To Gain The Advantage

Of the foods that contain probiotics, people are most familiar with yogurt. Yogurt can be found in flavors from chocolate to vanilla to cherry. All yogurt produced in the United States must contain Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus. Some yogurt brands also add other strains including Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus reuteri and bifidus. But not all foods that contain probiotics are made the same. The milk is mixed with kefir (Lactobacillus kefiri) and other species of good bacteria. The solution is finally mixed with various types of yeast. The mixture is strained and sold as a thick beverage in different flavors. These foods that contain probiotics are more preferred in ethnic markets.
