Are there any good sites for getting the nutrition info on your own recipes?

My Health I like to bake/cook and alter recipes to make them healthier. Are there any sites where you can enter in your info (ingredients, etc) and get the nutritional info for it?
Where are these people getting the idea that “there is no bill to vote on” for health care reform?

May 3rd, 2010 My Health My youngest daughter (2) has always suffered from extended bouts of congestion, coughing…
She has been seen by a few different doctors and all have concluded that she has Reactive Airway Disease (similar to asthma).
I have followed all the treatments but haven’t really gotten rid of the deep congestion that usually stays long after the major problems have been addressed (Albuterol, Pulmicort,Antibiotics…)
Pls help with any and all natural remedies, remedies that have been handed down through the generations of your family, new ideas…
Isincerely apreciate any advice you can share.
