What is something healthy that I can cook with Ground Meat?

I know ground meat isn’t the healthiest meat. But it is what I got in my freezer so I need a recipe that isn’t too bad for you.

can anyone recommend a healthy diet cookbook for someone who hates to cook?

i am not a lazy person, i just hate handling and preparing food. the only reason i have a kitchen is because it came with the house. i try to eat lots of vegs and fruit when i do have an appetite. allergic to pork and processed meats, and msg and several seasonings give me migraines. i was hoping there was a cookbook out there that doesn’t only have recipes that require an extra salary and trips to the health food store.

I need an easy, healthy dinner recipe for one?

I’m starving, I really am. I want to make dinner, but I have no idea what to make. I would LOVE something rather easy, since I’m not in the mood to cook. Ideas? I’m a vegetarian btw.

What is your favorite recipe for a healthy Toddler Snack?

We need more ideas. Our favorite to date is Sweet Potato Balls.

Mix Together:
insides of 2 sweet potatoes
1 beaten egg
2 tablespoons milk

Form into balls and roll in
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 teas. fresh finely minced parsely

cook by baking on greased baking sheet in pre-heated oven for 10-15 mintes or until egg is throughly cooked.

Look forward to hearing news ideas. Thanks.

I need ideas for fairly inexpensive dinners that are mostly healthy.?

We dont eat chicken. Any easy tofu recipes would be greatly appreciated, too. Or ground beef recipes. Help! We dont have a lot of money but we want to eat healthy and I dont have a lot of time to cook at night. Im stuck.
