May 3rd, 2010 My Health I have never heard of Strata before….I found a recipe in my healthy heart cook book and found Artichoke Cheddar Strata. It sounds so good and I would like to see a picture. I looked online and can’t find a picture of a strata recipe. Can you help find one for me. Also…if you have ever made any type of Strata recipe…can you tell me what you thought and how you made it. Thanks!!!
Has anyone tried or even heard of Power 90 x fitness program?
April 2nd, 2010 My Health I want to try it, but there are many out there and the price range is so vast, I’m afraid of getting a knock off that is not very good. I am ok with trying a cheap knock off if it is as affective, but I was just hoping someone could fill me in on some details about the original.
Anyone have any really good crock pot recipes for little smokies? Ever heard of one with spaghetti sauce?

Someone at work had mentioned a recipe where spaghetti sauce and grape jelly are used, yet i can’t seem to find any recipes like that on the web anywhere. Any type of recipe will help me out though!
