My Health I need some recipes that can be refrozen many times and heated quickly. It is for a friend who’s husband is in the hospital and he might not make it. So my friends and I are going to make meals for his wife that way she doesn’t have to worry about cooking and what not.

March 19th, 2010 My Health I know I’ve been asking a lot of questions about nutrition lately!
I’m trying to eat healthier. I’ve been having 1/2 cup oatmeal with one cup skim milk and 1/4 cup raisins.
I really like Kefir. Is it healthy?
Do you think oatmeal can be made with Kefir instead?
Or is that just to weird of a combination?
