herbal / natural remedy for “sensitive airway”, not asthmatic?
April 1st, 2010 My Health so i have sensitive airway (so i believe), because any cold/flu just goes to my lungs and i cough forever. I don’t have asthma, or tb or lung disease of any kind. any herbal / natural remedy to improve the seemingly constantly irritated airways? could it be allergies, any remedy for stuffed sinus all the time? i don’t want to take steroids constantly.
natural cold remedies, not herbal?
March 22nd, 2010 My Health I’m suppose to be having a minor surgery on Friday and I have this huge list of medications I can’t take, it includes herbal remedies. OF COURSE now I’m starting to feel a cold coming on, after I’ve been fine all winter. This is a surgery I really need to have done and I don’t want to reschedule it unless I have to.
Does anyone have a natural, like food/drink, remedies to help fight off a cold? Anything is welcome! Just no herbal.
