My Health My throat has been sore for a week now. Very difficult to swallow. Recently I have been coughing up mucus type stuff. Then this morning I woke up and my left eye is swollen. Can someone give me an idea of what this is and if there are any natural remedies or herbs I can take to help it go away. I have taken Vitamin C, garlic, and zinc but no luck so far. Thanks
April 30th, 2010 My Health 3 weeks ago, I had cold followed by throat infection and cough with phelgm which became alright. Then i had this dry cough problem.But I am having this throat infection for more than 2 weeks. On the whole , a month has passed. I had tablets and my coughing reduced completely. This throat infection is not severe but it disturbs me. It doesn’t seem to get cured completely though I am taking some natural remedies and the prescribed medicines by the doctor. The docter said that i am facing this problem due to pollution and allergies. What must I do to get rid of this throat infection? cough syrups, hot water don’t seem to work out too..and the prescirbed medicines too…. 
early morning, i do not have this infection. but after i travel and reach the college , i get this throat infection and when i sit in the air-conditioned room ,my throat becomes sore and i cough slightly….and everytime i take rest and wake up , i don’t feel this soreness in my throat but a very slight pain….
April 27th, 2010 My Health My 5 month old son has been sick with a cough, stuffy nose and fever. He caught it from dad and is now getting over it. I noticed today he keeps scratching the middle of his forehead and putting his fingers in his ears. I checked his ears and found a sticky yellow goo. I figure that this is his first ear infection and have been told it will go away on its own. I know if I take him to the doctor they will prescribe an antibiotic-but I don’t know how I feel about giving him that. I’ve given him liquid tylenol for his fever but what else can I do about his stuffy nose? Also, is there a holistic and natural remedy I can use to help with the ear infection? My poor little guy…it’s one thing after another and he’s teething too. Any advice will do. Please Help!!!
April 26th, 2010 My Health I’ve been suffering from yeast infections for years now and they have now become chronic. The drugs don’t help me anymore. The internet is full of different kinds of advice for natural cures, I have already tried some of them with no success. I was wondering are there really effective natural methods for yeast infections?
April 20th, 2010 My Health They say my daughter just has a cold. Does anyone have any natural home remedies for gunky eyes, runny nose, congested cough, and sleepiness without a fever in a 4 month old?
