What are some healthy recipes which have ingredients we can buy in bulk?

I’m a teenager, overweight, and I want to start cooking for myself instead of just eating premade products that either taste not so good, or aren’t good for me. At the same time, my family can’t always go buy obscure or seasonal ingredients (Not to mention expensive) on a whim. Do you people know anything that fits these standards?

We do not have a working oven by the way. Stove-top meals would be appreciated.
We also have a George Foreman Grill if anyone wants to know.

Sarcasm is not appriciated.

I want healthy recipes for one or two people, preferably made with organic ingredients.?

The rules:

I don’t mind if there’s leftovers, as long as it tastes good.

Soups, entrees for any meal of the day, and appetizers are good.

I don’t really like seafood, but if it’s too good to pass up, then okay.

I don’t eat pork, unless fully cooked, like sausage or bacon.

Recipes made with whole foods only, no prepackaged mixes.

Spices are good.

Slightly processed foods (tortillas, bread, yogurt, pancake mix) are okay too.

Foods that are original are fantastic. Different ethnic foods are great!

Remember the main point is health.

Do you have any recipes that are made from scratch, healthy, and use fairly common ingredients?

I home cook all our meals, and need some new ideas. I would like stuff that calls for common ingredients; I can’t go to the store and buy fancy stuff….I really need healthy stuff as I am trying to lose weight!
Thanks!
