I’ve always wanted to cook my way through a cookbook. I’ve decided to combine this idea with my fiance’s attempts to lose weight by choosing a cookbook that will have healthy recipes. It seems that a lot of these, though, are for really “gourmet” chefs, involving weird or expensive ingredients that a picky eater would never touch. Any recommendations for cookbooks with semi-normal ingredients that are still healthy?
