have had no problem doing a 20 minute run. I enjoy it. The wii fit program got me started and I took it from there, just using my common sense to judge my own limits as i do have some health issues.
Can anyone tell me if it is ”normal” for energy levels do dip drastically when a woman is having a period? I went to go out for my normal circuit this morning and was dropping before I got to the park!
I am 38, had a child by C section 6 years ago and have suffered badly with periods and all the ”JOY” they do not bring since I had him BUT I THOUGHT EXERCISE MADE IT BETTER! I felt dizzy and my legs were cramping up, amongst other things so I came right on home. Any opinions welcome…particularly HELPFUL ones! Cheers and Have Fun :0)

My Health I start jogging this past week as an alternate form of exercise besides weights and my ellipitcal. But i was woundering, how long does it take before your ribs stop hurting? And is there anything i can do to help the sideache? I dont overdue myself, i’m following a fitness program that takes 14 weeks, and you start out by walk jog intervals, and you incress the jogging time and decrease the walking time over 14 weeks. I’m in good health and everything, i guess i was just woundering about the sideache. Thanks.
