I was reading about EM and theories about microbial content of soil, and I noticed that the most prominent species happen to be those present in Kefir, with the exception of A.Oryzae, which happens to go under the surname koji. I homebrew both kefir and sake….so, in theory, could I treat my plants with a certain combination of water kefir and koji rice for better results?
