Ways to eat healthy if you don’t like vegetables?

Hey guys, my boyfriend hates most vegetable, except potatoes and corn, and stuff like that. He’s also very picky with a lot of foods, and hates a lot of fruit and trying weird exotic recipes. I want both of us to eat healthy but I never know what to cook or what he will like. Any ideas for picky eaters trying to eat good and maintain a balanced diet? Thanks!

How can I activate my natural curly hair to be curly like it used to be?

I used a chemical straightner in my hair almost a year ago. I did it twice with about a month of time rest between the sessions.
Ever since then, my hair was never completely straight (like the box said it would be) and it was never curly like it used to be.
I miss my curly curly hair and have been tryin different things to make it activate again. I cut it to my shoulders (it used to be to the middle of my back), used deep conditioners, used “scrunch” gel, curl activator cremes, sprays, oils… nothing seems to help my spiral come back…
I’m wondering if the curl is damaged at the root? does anybody whos done perms know what to use to help the curl come back?? I desperately want my curls back.
Thank you.
PS: I have a mixed hair type. Thick, semi course, but soft.
it is now a little below my shoulders. I have colored and highlighted it in the past month too.
HELP PLEASE!

I would like some tips to healthy eating habits?

I live with my parents right now, and honestly, they don’t have the healthiest diets. They both work, so they don’t cook often, and if they do, it is usually quick, sometimes frozen, and always unhealthy.

I didn’t even eat what my mom made tonight because it was so unappetizing to me.

I know that cooking using fresh ingredients is healthy and also tastes better. But it requires a lot of trips to the grocery, which I don’t always feel like doing. Does anyone have advice on how to make this habit easy to pick up? And any tips on what to buy, like how long of a period of time should I shop for, ideally?

Share your experiences on how you reached your goal to a healthier lifestyle.

Links to yummy healthy recipes would be appreciated, though not necessary!
I do eat meat. I like red meat and chicken a lot. Not really pork, so much. I don’t like seafood.

I am fighting an aversion to vegetables I have had since I was a kid. So far I’ve liked pretty much every veggie I have tried, but I’m still having a hard time working up the courage.
